Ranger Jo is an NPC found in the Domhan Meadows - Meadow Interior's Meadery.
He provides information (not a quest) which leads players to the wolf den to find an amulet.

Ranger Jo - I overheard a patron say they found a sparkling amulet in the wolf den up on the large hill to the east of here... I wonder what that was all about?

Ranger Jo - The amulet belongs to a royal guard? Oh boy! That needs to be taken to the Outpost at once! I want nothing to do with that...
To Reach This NPC[edit]
Take a telepad to Domhan: Meadows Meadery, and then head west in to the Meadery.
