Lee is an NPC that is found by Ravril at the bottom of the shipwreck.
He provides some details about the attack on the ship before he dies.

To Reach This NPC
Take a telepad to Domhan: Lighthouse, and then head north following the path towards the sandy beach area. When you get to the sandy beach area just keep heading east. You will arrive at a plank in the water heading south. Jump across the barrels and debris until you reach the shipwreck. Once on the ship, go down two ladders to reach the bottom floor where you will find this NPC.
