While exploring the Outpost I came across Sergeant Wolfe. He seems to behaving trouble getting his new recruitsto report for duty, and has requestedmy help.

Sergeant Wolfe has tasked me with delivering an urgent order to the Command Hall. I will be able to find the Command Hall in the military side of the Domhan Outpost. It is a large builiding.

The orders to summon the new recruits were recieved with bad news. But hey, I am just the messenger. I must return to Sergeant Wolfe to let him know that the new recruits are not to be found.

Sergeant Wolfe is angry that the recruits are missing, but he says we can take it into our hands to find them. He says they should all be somewhere within the Outpost.
I should check places where someone taking time off of work would hang out, perhaps the local tavern, the beach and the town cow?
