Chiborwin is a quest giver NPC who is found in the Domhan Meadows - Root Cavern.
He answers some pre-scripted questions for the player and you pick up and return the quest Dizwin in Need to Chiborwin.
He also teaches you the cooking recipe: Honey Tea, and gives you the cooking recipe: Honey Mead.

Chiborwin - Hello there adventurer! Welcome to my humble abode! Pull up a stool and join me around my fire!
- Why are you living in a cave?
Chiborwin - Well you see I am a Dizwin, and as such I love caves. I love living inthis dusty cave... It is simply my life's passion... Chiborwin - ...fine. You got me. I'm homeless. There? Are you happy?
- What is a Dizwin? (sometimes does not appear as a choice)
Chiborwin - You never met a Dizwin before? Well.. I am a Dizwin. We are a race of intelligent explorers. You will final all us all over Spiertir! Chiborwin - Dizwin traditionally live underground. Sure some of our folk live in human houses, but we were born to live in the soil.
- Got anything to eat?
Chiborwin - Sadly no. Just Honey Tea... But you can head on over to the Honey Brew Meadery to the west of here! It's Dizwin ran and has plenty of food!

Chiborwin - You don't know how to make Honey Tea? Let me teach you the recipe...
You automatically learn the cooking recipe Honey Tea at this point.

Chiborwin - Well... Before I fell back in love with caves I was renting a room at the Honey Brew Meadery west of here. But, I was thrown out when they found me with my head stuck in a honey jar! It's not my fault, surrounded by honey day and night, I couldn't resist! Chiborwin - There is a chest back at the meadery with my most valued possessions, but it's locked! I put the key in a cabinet in the other room of my cave, but I accidentally broke the torch and now it's all dark and spooky... Please grab the key for me and go get my things!

Chiborwin - Have you got my stuff from the Honey Brew Meadery west of here yet? The key is in the dark area of this very cave.

Chiborwin - You found my stuff! Thank you very much, let me see... Chiborwin - Aha! It's all here! I am so happy! Now, what can I give you as a reward for helping me? Hmm... Chiborwin - I know! I will teach you how to make Honey Mead. It's not as good as the stuff at the meadery, but hey you can make it yourself!

To Reach This NPC[edit]
Take a telepad to Domhan: Meadows Meadery, and then head east along the path until you reach an NPC named Delilah. From Delilah head directly north until you reach a cave entrance. Enter the cave and make your way to the Southeast area.
