Jordan is an NPC that can not be interacted with.
By the time you find him in the game he has already been killed.
Ravril references him when you arrive at the bottom floor of the shipwreck.
He serves no other purpose in the game.
To Reach This NPC[edit]
Take a telepad to Domhan: Lighthouse, and then head north following the path towards the sandy beach area. When you get to the sandy beach area just keep heading east. You will arrive at a plank in the water heading south. Jump across the barrels and debris until you reach the shipwreck. Once on the ship, go down two ladders to reach the bottom floor where you will find this NPC.
