While exploring the Outposts Command Hall I noticed a flustered looking Sage searching a bookcase. I found out that he was Malcolm the Sage Instructor and he asked me to help him with his research about Leylines.

In order to start continue his research Malcolm has realized he needs to build a Ley Lens. A device that will detect leylines.
He gave me this ripped piece of paper that mentions the parts needed to build the device: a thick cord found at the fishing shop, a brass tube found at the blacksmith, and a glass lens found at the potion shop.
He said I will have to foot the bill for now buying these items... I hope this pays off.

After seeing all the parts, Malcolm jumped with excitement and ran off to the cellar shouting to follow him with the parts so he may build the ley lens.
